These 3 siblings were rescued by a Tijuana good sam who noticed the pups eating from the trash bag during trash day in the streets. She followed them when they took a bag of trash with them and realized they were going into a home/property. She investigated further and realized the owner had the mama dog and, of course, the pups. The owners do love their dogs, but the property is not secured and, of course, the dogs aren't sterilized. We offered help and they accepted to relinqish the 3 pups to ARWOB, although they wanted to keep the adults (a lab and a goldern retriever both in the 50-60lbs range). Mom is a black lab. We sterilized their dogs and removed the pups. Their quarantine is over and they will be arriving in San Diego on Thursday 8/15 and be sterilized on 8/16, at which point they will be ready for adoption; 2 vaccinations will have been received.
The pups were only about 8lbs when rescued and very, very skinny with tremendous appetites. They have gained 5-10lbs and are growing like a weed... strong and happy!
Looking for adopters with time to do dog training from leash, socialization, crate, potty training. etc
They are great with dogs, cats, and kids very social happy and active pups.
