Meet Abbie!
Abbie came to us as a stray from tijuana who was pregnant and in need to be spayed ASAP. At that time we just knew it was a stray kitty who needed rescue and when we took into our rescue we realized what a sweet and gorgeous girl she is.
Abbie has been with us since 04/19 and this poor girl went from a life in the streets to being set up in a cattery for adoption. She has been a total sweatheart from the beginning with all people she encounters and she just recently in july went into a foster home to give her a break from a kennel setting. She is currently fostered with several of our adult arwob cats and off/on with some of the kittens. She also lives with couple of arwob dogs.
We can say she would be a fantastic family cat ei humans both adults and kids. She is loving, she enjoys attention, she can be funny and also independent. She is pretty smart and just a very well behaved kitty, she never gets into trouble. She LOVES to hang by the window and occasionally plays with toys but she loves her cat tree/scratcher
She is not a furniture scratcher girl, she has excellent litter box usage manners and althoug we first thought she hated dogs, she is doing OK around them, she certainly prefers to walk around them and ignore them. She is ok with cats but she doesn't really intereact with them but she doesn't pick any fights so she can live a content life with another cat in the home.
We would LOVE to find a foster family for this girl and of course better yet an adopter, please contact us or submit an application online to schedule a meet and greet. She is fostered in 92111 and would schedule a meet and greet at Petsmart clairemont or Oceanside. Email us if you have any questions.
