Osita is an adorable little shepherd mix with an adorable character. If you are looking for a shepherd mix (we don't know what is her second breed is, but you can guess along with us... cuteness overload!)
She was rescued as a stray pup off the streets of Tijuana ,seeking shelter and food under parked cars until a good sam found her and rescued her. They were going to keep her and even got her spayed, but realized caring for a dog long term ei finances and the time it entails is not something they were ready for.
