To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet the Arbor Family: Aspen (the mom) and her 11 puppies Juniper, Acacia, Hazel, Kamilah, Laurel, Linden, Banyan, Branch, Cedar, Sequoia, and Sylvan! Aspen and her 11 puppies were rescued from a yard in Tijuana when neighbors noticed that they were living in squalor in the back yard filled with trash and very unsanitary conditions. We are thinking the momma is a shepherd mix and the puppies are a shepherd/lab mix that will likely grow to be anywhere between 40 and 65 pounds. That is our estimate since we do not know what he father dog was. Aspen is full grown at 45 pounds and she was flea and tick infested when she was rescued and was also treated for mange and parasites. We are seeking a foster for Aspen and her puppies AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, but they are all ready for adoption!

Juniper is a very shy little girl and she needs a patient adopter that can help her gain her confidence. She is very sweet and appears to have a "sad puppy face," but she is one of the most adorable pups you will ever meet! She would love nothing better than to find her forever home where she can feel safe and continue to blossom.
