To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Tresey!! Tresey (pronounced “Tracy”) was taken in by a kind foster family after being found as a Tijuana stray. Tresey is a special needs senior girl because she is a “tripod,” but she is a normal dog in every other way. She is super sweet and quiet and her foster family has rarely heard her bark. She just loves other dogs, so a home with other dog companions would be the perfect home for her. She is good with cats and children and she just loves to snuggle and get petted. Tresey doesn’t know how to walk on a leash and tends to get scared of the leash. A home with a yard would be best, although she doesn’t require a lot of exercise since she moves a bit slower with just 3 legs. Although she does not know commands, she has pretty good manners overall and has the sweetest personality.
