Meet Bart! This sweet little pup was found as a stray in Tijuana and was very emaciated at that time. He was taken in by a good Samaritan who fattened him up so that he is now a happy and healthy little guy. Bart is sweet and social and he just loves people and all other animals. He appears to be a terrier/shepherd mix and could possibly reach 30 pounds, although he will likely only be 20 pounds when full grown.
