Meet Sammy! Sammy is a charming little Terrier/Shepherd/Pomeranian mix, but he is a small dog that looks like a Shepherd! Sammy is currently being fostered by one of ARWOBs wonderful foster families and has been living with them for 3 months. We are fostering him for another San Diego rescue group so we can help network for his adoption. He is located in San Diego zip code 92105 and once an online adoption application is submitted, his foster will contact you within 48 hours.
Here is what Sammy’s foster mom has to say about him: “Sammy was rescued from the side of the road in Mexico after being hit by a car. He had 2 broken hips but has made a full recovery and now loves running around Fiesta Island every chance he gets. An ideal home would be perhaps a retired couple or a single-dog family home with children. Sammy loves walks, laying next to you on the couch and being petted. He does well with cats too. He is house trained and perfect on a leash. $250 adoption fee includes his vaccinations and chip.”
