She was rescued in early October, 2016, by ARWOB volunteers who were coming back from camping in the Desert. She was wandering on the road alone, skinny, dehydrated, tired and dirty. The volunteers pulled over and she ran to them and almost jumped in the car. She looked like she had pups. The volunteers did everything possible to look miles from all directions for any sign of a litter and it was not found, no bushes, or structures etc. It's thought she likely had pups months ago and belonged to someone who perhaps dumped her and kept the pups. Sadly, we will never know.
She is boarding currently for lack of fosters but she was cat and dog tested and did very well. She will be a wonderful family dog who needs both potty training and house training just like any other puppy BUT who doesn't go potty that often. This sweetheart is very loving, playful and grateful.
If you would like to foster, adopt, or foster to adopt Dolly please, let us know.
