Meet Sweetpea and her crew!
This adorable mama dog was rescued from the streets of Baja along with her 6 young pups. She was found taking some food she found on the streets to an empty lot where a good sam noticed a litter of pups she had given birth to under some shelter she found/made of bushes and trash. She also had a young pup with her who at the time was about 4-5 months old, likely a puppy she gave birth to from the previous litter and possibly the only survivor of that litter.
So sweetpea a sweet and adorable black lab mix has 6 pups (4 boys 2 girls) and 1 little teen daughter approx 7 months old now.
Mom is a lab mix approx 50lbs
The young litter has shep/rotti or dobbie markins BUT its hard to know which characteristics they have the most as they are only 2 months old now.
We know they have lab and shep but are unsure of the rottie or dobbie in them.
The 7mo old pup seems to have more of a shep/dobbie look/slender to it.
These pups have been care for since they were born and are your typical sweet, happy and very active pups. If you have BREED RESTRICTIONS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY for these pup OR if you will be moving once or many times in the next 10-15 years as MANY places especially in San Diego have restrictions towards rotties/dobbies.
They certainly have more shep/lab in them prox 50-75% but the rest of the 25% is unknown until they are older would we know if they will be slender like a dobbie or heavier like the rotties.
We think they will be in the 50-80lb range BUT perhaps a few of them could be in the 45-60lb range since their older sister is only 30lbs at about 7 months old.
They are ALL available for adoption OR Foster.
