Meet Scotty! Scotty was rescued as a stray in Tecate. He is a very sweet and loving boy, who gets along great with people and other dogs. He has not been tested with cats, so we are not sure how he might be around them. Scotty has a lot of love to give and would like nothing more than to find his forever home!
