Meet Rice!
This cute boy was rescued in Tijuana as a stray. He is currently being fostered by his rescuers and they contacted ARWOB because they want him to be able to go to the best possible family and they have not found that great family to adopt him yet. You can see what a transformation that has happened in his appearance with food and care when you look at his pictures. The last picture is his "before" picture.
Rice is a sweet, loving dog who is great with people and kids. However, he will need training as he has some toy and food guarding towards other dogs. He can play with other dogs, but needs some training as he thinks he is "top dog". He is looking for an adopter who has some time and patience to follow through with some basic training and who wants to provide this sweet boy with the forever home he is hoping for.
