Meet Sedona!
This pretty girl has the prettiest agouti tabby coloring with bands of color. She is a big cat....tall and long.....large in size, but not overweight and is between 2 and 3 years old. Sedona was in the San Diego shelter and ARWOB stepped in to rescue her so that she could have a second chance and the opportunity to find a forever home. She has just been with us a short time and is beginning to feel more comfortable. One of our volunteers mentioned that Sedona was enjoying being on a perch on the cat tree and the volunteer made a point of spending time with her...talking and petting her. She enjoyed this as well as being petted by her son. You can see from one of her pictures that she also enjoys playing with feather toys.
Sedona's ideal home in one where there are no other cats. We do not know what her life was like previously, but know that she is very uncomfortable when she is around other cats. We are not sure about dogs because she has not been around them since we have had her. We feel that she would be a good family cat and should be fine with children. If you are looking for a kitty who you intend to be your only kitty and spoil with the love and attention this girl deserves, please consider Sedona and file an adoption application online.
