Meet Cody!
Cody was abandoned by his family at a vet hospital after they brought him in severely tick infested, malnurished and matted. He has then been treated for anemia, tick born disease, an upper respiratory infection and of, course, needed a full body shave.
His family never came back for him and he has been at the vet hospital for over a month since he was abandoned. The veterinarian who took care of him asked for rescue help to place him in a forever home where he will have a family who will love and cherish him as a beloved family member.
He does great in the crate, he sits on his two hind legs and holds his body up while he places his 2 upper legs over your hips and embraces for hugs. He is NOT good with small animals, so NO CATS and NO small little dogs. He is good with medium and large dogs. He is FANTASTIC with all people..adults and children.
