To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Teddy!

Teddy recently joined ARWOB after living with a kind rescuer in Mexico for 3 months. She knew it was time to find Teddy and his brother, Luke, a forever family, so reached out to ARWOB to help!

Teddy is a playful and sweet dog. He LOVES humans and is quick to make friends with other dogs. He had a blast visiting the beach and would make a great hiking and beach buddy.

Teddy loves kisses and sitting in your lap. In fact, we think he looks like a lap-sized labrador! (Lap-rador?!) He even has an adorable little white spot on his chest: the quintessential dog!

He is good in the car and is taking well to the leash. He's respectful of the house and already recognizes what toys are (and what is not a toy). He sleeps well in the crate overnight, but wouldn't mind snuggling with you in bed.
