To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Ricky, a lab mix puppy who is such a sweetheart!

Ricky was found wandering the streets of Tijuana, without a home or someone to care for him. At the time, he was with another puppy, but the rescuers were not able to capture his sibling. Fortunately, a good samaritan was able to rescue him and ARWOB is now able to step in to find this little guy a forever home.

Ricky is a sweet and healty male puppy. He is calm and likes to play with people and toys like any other puppy. He sleeps inside the house with his big foster brother. He is in the process of getting crate trained, along with potty training.

He is outgoing and has a loving personality. Ricky is not much of a barker at all and LOVES to be calm watching TV with his foster mom and foster big brother.

Ricky has a lot of love to give!!.. please give him a chance of finding his forever home.
