Meet our family of three "Cheese" kittens!
They are very playful and enjoy running around and playing with each other! They were residents of our Cat Adoption Center in Oceanside last month and still a little shy when they got there, so we worked on building their confidence around others. Since I am such a shy little guy, I will do best in a family without little chidren since their quick movements might have a tendency to frighten me at this stage of my life. I would love to be adopted with a sibling or my foster sister; if this isn't possible, then into a home with another kitty so that I may have a buddy to keep me company and play with.
Here are some notes on Colby from his foster parent:
Colby is a very sweet kitten. He comes when you call him and loves to be petted.His little face and beautiful light orange coloring is hard to resist! He is playful and gets along with other cats very well. He has the loudest purr which makes him even more loveable. He definitely lets you know he is enjoying the attention he receives. He is alert, curious, and yet has his mellow time also. He just loves attention! He and Jersi have bonded and spend all their time together.
Colby is currently being fostered with his companion, an ARWOB kitty named Jersi. Colby and Jersi have really bonded nicely together. They sleep together, play together, and Jersi loves to put her arms around Colby and groom him. They seem very considerate of each other and enjoy each other's company. If you are an adopter looking for 2 cats or not sure whether to adopt a young adult cat or kitten, this would be a great opportunity to adopt this bonding pair together and enjoy the benefits of both ages! If looking for two kittens, or siblings, his brother, Muenster, is also available for adoption. If being adopted singly, ideally it would be into a home with another feline companion already in the home to keep him company, especially since he is a young kitten.
