To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Hi! My name is Carson, I’m an 11 month old Havanese. I weigh about 15lbs. I was found astray over the 2013 holidays but I was fortunate to find a foster home and I have been living as a house dog since the beginning of March. I love playing with other dogs. I love meeting people and I love to cuddle with my human. Ilike to show affection by licking their hands and feet. I don’t shed but I do require grooming because my golden locks do tend to get knots. My foster parent has been working hard to housetrain me and he thinks I’ve graduated! Yay! Unlike most rescues I really don’t have any emotional baggage. If and when I misbehave I always respond to corrections right away. I am ready to find a new home and to love you as much as I can!
