This is Emmy!
Emmy is a sweet little girl who is growing more confident and trusting day by day. Emmy was found in Ensenada by one of our rescuers. She had chewed through what seemed to be two or three ropes that were tied around her neck. She was very dehydrated, flea-ridden and emaciated. At first, poor Emmy would tire from simply walking alongside her foster mom. Emmy has come a long way and is now a happy, healthy, flea-free puppy who can't wait to find a permanent loving home.
