To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Sweet Jay,

Jay was found as a stray and turned into animal control. Jay along with his foster siblings Mindy and Milly where exited from the shelter and are now are fostered together. The girls have accepted Jay as their brother and the 3 of them are very outgoing, loving, friendly and playful kittens who where exited from the shelter because they where battling a terrible Upper respiratory Infection. ARWOB was able to find a foster mom who would care for them and nurse them back to health. Beau is not their actual brother but was incoorporated with the girls and they love each other. They are currently close to 3 months old and looking for a forever family.
