Here is a note from Noah's rescuer:
Noah is a Boxer/Rhodesian Ridgeback (without the ridge) bundle of love. He has fully recovered from his starvation and mange situations and is ready to go! Noah found us walking through our local open air market in June of 2012 while on our way to visit our beloved “organic veggie lady.” In fact, we didn’t see him, Noah saw us. Joe felt something rub against her leg and looked down to find this frail little skeleton of a dog. At just 9 months old, Noah was so malnourished that this now happy and healthy 45 pound boy weighed just 20 pounds. You can't see it too clearly in these photos, but he's got a scar low on his neck where he was tied up (probably with wire - a local favorite) and left. Noah is a gentle and obedient soul looking to love and be loved. This playful pup loves having his picture taken and will bomb into any photo whenever someone pulls out a camera. The running joke is to ask “hey where’s Noah?” when he’s not in a photo. This happy-go-lucky hunk of love is neutered, has received all his necessary shots and is ready to be adopted and ready to find a forever home. He's well behaved and walks well on a leash. He is very well socialized with people and other dogs, but not cats. He makes best friends quickly and is great at picking out a game that his BFF wants to play all day.
