Meet Sheena. She is 3-months-old and looks like a German Shepherd/ Shep mix. She currently weighs about 9lbs and will be likely be large in size when fully grown between 45-50lbs. She was found at the end of October following an old man in the street without a leash and alongside her two other male dogs. Seeing that she was a female, our volunteer was able to convince the man to at least relinquish her.
At first, Sheena was very shy in her new home setting, but now she has adjusted and likes to be hugged and loved on all the time. She is good with the dogs she is living with in her foster home in Mexico and sleeps in the crate at night. She is finally learning how to walk on the leash, is great with children, and especially friendly with adults. She isn't much of a barker and we think she'll make a great addition to any family. She is UTD on shots, has been dewormed, and is healthy.
