*See Tiny Timmy's short TV segment from San Diego CW 6's early morning Animal House program.
Tiny Timmy is a house-broken, neutered puppy who is looking for a home with calm, understanding people who are willing to work with him to build his confidence and let him know he is safe and loved. He is initially VERY shy with new people and situations, but once he is comfortable, he's a sweet, playful pup who is a real joy to be around!
He looks a lot like a miniature Labrador with his short, cream coat, long legs, long tail and adorable face, but probably also has some terrier and/or chihuahua in him.
Tiny Timmy loves riding in cars, going for long walks and playing with other dogs. He also enjoys playing fetch, and having a box full of toys that he can scatter around the house and chase or chew. He isn’t yappy and doesn't bark at all either indoors or on walks, but if other dogs walk by "his" yard he lets his people know! He sleeps through the night in his crate, and after a good play doesn't mind napping in his crate for several hours at a stretch during the day. He also loves to cuddle on the sofa with his humans when he's sleepy. So, if you’re looking for a smaller dog to be your activity partner, you’ve found him!
Tiny Timmy was a stray who was hit by a car in Baja last December and severely injured. He suffered wounds to his skull and front leg, some fractured ribs and a fractured back leg. The accident left him with several small scars, including one on the top of his head that makes his hair stand up in a cute little faux-hawk, but otherwise the vets assure us that he has fully recovered and will have no future medical complications related to his past injuries. Just watch his VIDEO to see that he is a normal, happy little guy who runs and plays like any other spirited puppy!
This little pup has a great personality, and after all he's been through, truly deserves a loving, forever home!
