To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Betty is approx. 2 yrs (maybe younger) and is a rescue grom Baja, Mexico where she was going to be turned into the dog pound in Mexico along with her 4 babies. The rescuer took her and her babies before this could happen. She has been with the rescue group since late April since then. As of June 1st all of her babies have found homes. Now, its Mom's turn!

Betty is a healthy, fully grown girl at 24.5 lbs, spayed and UTD. She is a well behaved girl who enjoys the company of people and dogs alike. She shares her home with cats and is a fairly quiet and peaceful girl. She is crate trained, walks well on the leash and enjoys car rides. She is playful, REALLY lovable and very social. She will do very well with a small or large family, apartment or home setting, stay at home or normal 8hr shift work, with other canine friends or as an only 'child'.
