To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Sweet Violet is a unique little girl with a fantastic loving and outgoing personality. Everyone who meets her falls in love instantly not just because she is beautiful but because she is so sweet.

Violet came to us as a stray, was recently spayed and her veterinarian gave her a clean bill of health. She is UTD with vaccines and all she needs is a loving forever home.

She will do great in a family setting surrounded by children or other pets. She is great around children, men, women, dogs (of all sizes) and seems a bit afraid of cats. Does well in the car and would do well in a house or apartment setting.

She is fully grown at 15 pounds, she is crate trained and walks well on the leash. She is not a barker and if you are thinking of adopting two great friends she would LOVE to stay together with Fiona who has about the same personality as she does.

Violet loves to play and be hugged so she would love to be a lap dog if she tries hard enough.
