Meet Esme, a Lab/Shepherd mix! She is about 1-1 1/2 years old. She is very calm and sweet, rarely barks, and is quite sociable. She is full grown and 37 pounds. She can benegit of gaining a couple of pounds.
Esme is for lack of words FANTASTIC!
Super loving, calm, bonds very fast in less than a week the front yard door was opened she never tried getting out she can walk next to you without a leash.
She is great with all dogs and is currently 'mothering' one of our young pupps who thinks she is her mom, poor Esme.
She has such a sweet soul and demeanor. She will do great in an appartment or home setting. Because Esme is a Baja, Mexico rescue from the streets she still has that street survival mentality that a trash bag is a great way to find food so she will need an adopter who doesn't forget that there was a trash bag left in the yard or what not otherwise you will come home to find a surprise home! like we did.
Otherwise she is great rarely barks and loves to give you hugs and kisses.
A family with children would benefit from such a great nanny and she would love the attention.
Esme is healthy, spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and ready to go home!
