About Hallie | |
|
|
She was rescued off the streets of Ensenada, Mexico along with her 4 other siblings and their mom.
Mama dog is a young terrier adult with brown short hair who doesn't look at all like any of her pups.
She was on the actual road laying by the sidewalk nursing her pups, the whole family had severe case of mange when rescued in 04/2023. The family did not become available for adoption until their mange/skin condition was cleared and their vaccinations were able to be started. They have been up for adoption since 07/2023 and thankfully 2 pups and mom were transferred to another rescue group who had foster families available while ARWOB kept 3 siblings: Hallie, Hannah and Harry.
The 3 are complete mutts. Probably a small and large breed dog and we will mark their breeds ONLY for the primary breed they remind us when we look at them but please know, they are SUPERMUTTS and likely a huge mix of different breeds from poodle to pitbull ha ha
Hallie is a perfect small/medium size at mid 20's and likely will be full grown at 30 or mid 30 pounds when full grown. She is the smallest of the litter. She has the most loving social and silly personality. She has never met a human or child she doesn't like (although she has never lived in a home with children) and enjoys all the dogs she has met. She seems to be good wtih cats but can be a little tense when the cat first approaches her as she is not sure if its a friend or foe.
Hallie has a beautiful shiny coat and is fully vetted and more than READY to find a foster or adoptive home. If you'd like to perhaps foster to adopt Hallie for a week or two please submit a dog adoption application online in order for a volunteer to contact you and schedule a meet and greet in the 92111 area. OR you can also attend adoption events to meet her and if you like her you can then submit the application. Please, check animal attendance at our adoption event calendar online at ARWOB.org
