To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Truffle!

Truffle was rescued off the streets of Tijuana in late March by a local rescuer and transferred to ARWOB in San Diego with a foster family. She is now currently residing in our cat adoption center at the PetSmart in Clairemont.

If you are looking to adopt a female kitten who is full of mischief, as well as being an angel... together in ONE cute, colorful, silky body, then Miss Truffle is the girl for you! Her foster mom as well as our adoption center volunteers have mentioned that she is the most playful kit they have met and that is saying something! Truffle is the epitome of a kitten who thrives in the "zoomie" mode!

She is at that stage where she is so delighted with life and exploring everything around her, that when she is not sleeping or cuddling for attention, she is possessed by bursts of energy. So maybe she is not the pet for a family with small children in order to avoid ninja kicks with little deadly dagger claws!! Does Truffle sound like your kind a girl? She's Purrfect and more than ready for a family.

This little girl is not only beautiful with such colorful calico markings, but she also is sweet and has a LIT of personality. She is good with cats, but is nervous around dogs. Kittens are very cat oriented and Truffle will be best in a home with another active kitten or cat since she really needs a playmate to share those zoomies with, not to mention adding a great source of entertainment to your life!
