Looking for a Purrfect single cat household feline friend?
you've found her!
Tiger Lily was rescued along with Smokey who were rescued as two stray kitty friends (possibly sisters)found hanging out in a backyard in East County. The homeowners were feeding them and noticed they were social and friendly so they reached out to local rescues for help. Tiger Lily spent a lot of time at casa de ARWOB where she was fostered along with several of the arwob kitties and dogs. While at headquarters she stayed mostly on the side lihe's. She never bothered anyone but was not a huge Intereactor with the other foster kitties. She would be found cuddling in the same cat beds sometimes but never really grooming or played with them. She is comfortable around dogs but not really interested in friending them...unless their tail is wagging then she would be REALLY interested in batting and catching it.
As of October Tiger Lily is fostered with one of arwob longest foster parents and she is thriving being a fantastic companion. In her current foster home she is the only pet and she loves it! She went from being a "shadow" cat in the background just fading around the other foster kitties at headquarters to a lap seeking cuddle bug. If you are an adult/senior seeking a great feline companion who is loving and friendly then this sweet gal is the one! Tiger Lily loves her food, a warm lap, a good game of "catch that feather on the wand" and according to her foster mom aside from jumping on the chair and sofa looking for warm laps and hugs she has never jumped on her kitchen counter or tables which is odd because while at headquarters she loved jumping high on top of kitchen cupboards probably just observing the rest of the kitties. We already know she can live easily among other cats but would thrive with a working adult or retiree who seeks to be a "One cat house hold". Tiger Lily has excelente litter box usage and manners.
Check out her videos at her foster home with her foster mom to see how lovely she is and if you'd like to meet and possibly adopt this beauty please submit an application to adopt online at ARWOB.org we will contact you via email or text to schedule a phone call to start the adoption process
