To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet handsome Simon.

Simon was rescued in July here in San Diego.

His siblings Sisco and Savannah were found and rescued and brought to us. We thought that was it, the next day a good sam brought a third kitten who was left behind. He was actually found by his dog and Simon had hid under a pile of wood. The people who rescued him were successful in getting Simon before he got himself into more trouble but unfortunately we was a bit traumatized from such an experience and when he arrived to us he was very very scared and shy of people. He was so EXCITED to see his siblings and little by little he came around.

Today he is still looking for a home and is currently being fostered in a home with another 2 kitties and his foster mom says he is a sweet little guy and is doing very well.

We think he is ready for a home and would love for someone to try to give him an opportunity before the new year begins. He is very handsome and super submissive, like any happy healthy young teenager he is very playful and would be a great companion for another kitty.
