To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Doggie and Kittie!

UPDATE 4-17-21: Doggie and Kittie have gone on a foster-to-adopt trial. We should know their status in 1-2 weeks. You are welcome to check back, but they have likely found their forever home.

Doggie and Kittie were rescued from the streets of Oceanside and according to their rescue notes, they have been surviving on the street together for almost a year. They are a bonded pair, so we would hate to separate them and would like to see them adopted together. They are both very loving, sweet, and adorable characters. Although they have been living outside for awhile, they are wonderful indoor kitties and they use their litter boxes very well. They do not get along with dogs, but they are good with other cats and also with kids.
