Meet Nico!
Nico was rescued in Baja Mexico when he started to follow a construction worker around. He would meow for the worker’s lunch, while following behind him. Since Nico was looking for food, it was easy for the worker to scoop him up and then contact a friend for help. Nico is now in San Diego in a foster home and he is doing really well. He loves people, children, and other cats. He has not been around dogs, so we are not sure how he might react.
Nico will be available for adoption after 2/12/21. We recommend that if you are interested in this handsome little guy, to submit an online adoption application at www.arwob.org. This will get the process started and if your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet for you. If the meet and greet session goes well, Nico can be adopted that same day.
We would love to find Nico an adopter who has another cat living in the home. If you are considering adopting and do not already have another animal at home, please consider adopting another kitten, teen, or adult as well. Kittens are very cat oriented. As with all young kittens, Nico would be much too lonely without a companion when you are not home. This way he will have another kitty to play and cuddle up with when you are not with him, and, as an added bonus, they will double your pleasure and fun as well!
