To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Gala!

This adorable tuxedo girl is pretty sweet. She was rescued off the streets of San Diego back in September and was very skinny and full of parasites. It was noticeable that she was having a hard time thriving and surviving on her own in the streets.

Gala is pretty outgoing and friendly. She would like a home with another cat in the house. If you are considering adopting Gala and do not already have another kitty at home, please consider adopting another kitten, teen or adult as well. Kittens are very cat oriented and can be very lonely without a companion when you are not home. This way, they will have another kitty to play and cuddle up with when you are not with them, and, as an added bonus, they will double your pleasure and fun as well!
