To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Barbies babies,

Barbie is a beautiful lynx point Siamese mix who was rescued off the streets of Tijuana by a good sam who sought help from a rescue in San Diego. Thankfully, they found a foster family who is not only experienced in rescue, but also bottle feeding kittens since Barbie was a little depleted from milk and her foster had to help raise the kitts... all 7 of them!

The kittens are now 2 months/2 pounds of age, but, sadly, it's a bit difficult to get spay/neuter appointments because of COVID guidelines with veterinary hospitals.
Although these kittos are available for adoption NOW, we will give priority to families who live in San Diego so they can foster to adopt, meaning they can go home with their forever family who will be requested to drive the kitten(s) to their scheduled surgery appointment at which time their adoption can be finalized; this way the foster mom can receive a much needed break.

The kittens are very well socialized and, like all babies, are great with all humans, dogs, and cats.
Ideal adopters will have another cat at home or adopt a pair to keep each other company for the next 15yrs of their lives.
