Meet Winnie, Tigger, Kanga & Roo!
These adorable 4 siblings came to ARWOB early april along with thier mama Apricat. Apricat was so malnourished she wasn't producing any milk adn the babies had to be bottle fed for a couple of weeks. This adorable and amazing kitty family is STILL with us 4 months later. They have been ready to go to their forever home since June and we are baffled as to WHY these amazing felines are STILL with us, waiting. These healthy kittens can't wait to go home!
These guys are not only CUTE but they have purrfect demeanors! Great with dogs, cats and children.
They are social, loving, active, playful and OH so cuddly. These babies have grown under our care and its sad families missed their adorable kitten moments but we are HOPEFUL they will finally find those purrfect families homes.
1) Winnie - is the biggest of the boys, curious, inquisitive and very friendly. He is likely the one kitty who doesn't love to be picked up for long, but you would never know it since he loves to find you and have little 'moments' he looks at you and you just know how much he appreciates the attention
2) Tigger - The most handsome with interesting marble swirls for his coat, he loves laps!
3) Kanga - this boy is gentle and a total explorer, he is likely the smallest male and most gentle of the 3 boys.
4) Roo - total tomboy girl who LOVES to be cuddled, they all love cuddles but this girl just lives for them. She also likes to tell you short cute little stories or possibly demanding things, we like to think she is telling us stories :)
These orange tabbies are nothing but fun and love! They are growing up in the adoption centers and we hope we can find them a home soon for their families to enjoy their younger stages. They are now at the PetSmart in Clairemont where you can stop by any time to see them, or submit a cat adoption application online to schedule a meet and greet @ARWOB.org
ARWOB prefers to adopt kittens under 6 months of age to families who have other feline family members or planning on adopting 2 cats together. 2 kittens from the same litter or 'mix and match' with other of the ARWOB kittens. Thinking outside the box, adopting an adult cat and a kitten together would help the forgotten adult kittens while also enjoying the VERY short time frame a kitten will stay small. Remember kittens will reach full size within 10 months of age, kittens are not just a NOW adoption, but a LIFETIME adoption which is a 10-20 year commitment.
These Kittens don't need to be adopted together (they would love to though!), as we previously mention as long as there is another cat in the home or if you like to adopt a different friend with them could be a younger kitten or an adult.
