Meet Shorty!
This handsome low rider was rescued when he was found wandering the streets of
Tijuana all alone a couple of weeks ago. He is currently under quarantine and receiving vaccinations and getting ready to be neutered which will be in mid March. He will
not be ready to go home until mid to late March, but if you are interested in meeting him ahead of time, please submit an application for adoption online.
