To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Dale!

Dale came in with his pal Chip, who has already found his forever home. Dale was always the much shyer of the two dogs and Chip used to be kind of his “security blanket.” But Dale has made a lot of progress and has become a much more confident dog.

Here is what Dale’s foster family has to say about him: “Dale is a sweet dog – affectionate and good natured. And his goofy grin will always bring a smile. He likes to run around the backyard and chase the ball – but hasn’t mastered returning it yet. Dale is great on walks and is friendly to all he meets. Although we haven’t taken him on hikes, he has the energy level that would keep him going. Dale loves his doggie buddies and would do best in a forever home that has another dog. He would also do best with older children or adults as he enjoys quiet naps in the sun or sitting on the couch while you read.” Dale would like nothing better than to find his own forever, loving home. He is really ready to seize the day and become your forever buddy!
