Meet Jelly!
This handsome, young boy is the sweetest, loving boy who LOVES to be petted and who will be such a GREAT companion!
One of our volunteers who spends time with him mentioned just how sweet is he and that he LOVES to be petted. He is a shy boy and sticks to himself more often than attempting to play with the other cats. This might be because of a change in environment and trying to get used to a number of other felines running around during our playtimes. What we DO know is that he is the happiesst with a human companion and would certainly shower you with affection once he gets to know you and may be the happiest as the only cat in the household or with another calm, gentle feline if you happen to have one at home.
Update: 4/24/17: Jelly has been in a home for the past three weeks where he would have the opportunity to receive even more attention and enable him to feel less shy and more comfortable in an environment where there weren't numerous other kitties around. His "foster" has shared what she has learned about him:
He is very sweet and gentle.
He doesn't seem to be bothered by household noises.
He spends a lot of time sleeping during the day, which most kitties do.
He likes to play after he hs breakfast..that seems to be his highest energy for the day; this is the
time when he enjoys playing the most.
He likes to be brushed and LOVES the laser light and tossing around the mouse!
He likes to cuddle and sleep with you at night.
He can't wait to find the home of his dreams! Jelly is such a sweetheart and so deserving of a forever home. Might that be with you?
