To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Winston!

Winston is your typical happy, outgoing, silly, young boy with an interest in play and being social and seeking attention. He loves attention and is VERY outgoing, You can meet this sweety by scheduling a meet and greet. Because he is positive for feline leukemia we prefer he is adopted in a home with no other cats so he would be perfect for a family looking to provide a loving forever home to just ONE kitty. FeLV + kitties are your typical happy normal cats, however they must be indoor ONLY cats always as being outdoors will a) predispose to being sick because they have low immune systems and b) he can infect other healthy cats he encounters outside. Felv+ kitties can live healthy normal LONG lives, but some have shorter lives than your typical healthy kitty.

REMEMBER, we advise filling out a cat adoption application online ahead of time to make sure it's approved. Then, you can move forward with his adoption if you meet him and fall in love!
