This little one is looking for a home. The rest of his siblings have been adopted and we are afraid they are growing so quickly before our eyes and the opportunity of them finding a home is diminishing as the days go by.
Both Stormy and Pumita are fairly small/medium size. They are handsome little devils from a litter of 7. Out of all 7 and the mother, only these 2 brothers are left. Both weigh about 40 pounds, are very healthy, neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed and micro chipped.
These little guys get along with their siblings who are Shepherd, Collie, Pit mixes. All were rescued in BAJA, Mexico when they were just a couple days old. Someone placed them inside a black trash bag while they were still alive. A good sam saw this action and called us immediately after taking the pups and returning them to their mother. This was in December of 2007 and since then the babies have been with us. Because of their breed mix they have been adopted in a very slow process. We are afraid we will not be able to find them a good, loving, stable, forever home. If they do, we will have more available space to help others like them who are in need of rescue or a momentarily home.
If you would like to foster Stormy or Pumita or better yet foster to adopt PLEASE give us a call so you can meet these sweet and loving, gentle dogs who have seen rescue after rescued dog come and go as they still stay behind. The volunteers LOVE this adorable duo and we are hoping they can form a bond with a family they so long to have. These brothers are very dog friendly, love to play with children and are gentle with children. They have not been cat tested but we can do so upon request.
