To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Spot!

He was rescued when he was only a few weeks old along with his mama and three siblings. Spot is the last of his family searching for his forever home and can't wait to meet the family of his dreams.

As a very young kitten, Spot was independent – definitely the leader of the pack. He loved to play with his siblings and was the first to climb up the cat tree. He has no fear of adventure! He is an absolute cutie.

Update: Spot's foster family has this to say about him: "Spot is a loving and friendly kitten who would love to be part of a family with kids, other cats and dogs, or even guinea pigs. Spot loves to play with his cat toys, tease his foster brother cat, sit in his cat tree and sleep where he finds some sunlight. Spot is not a lap cat (yet), but LOVES to be petted and purrs at the sight of you, following you around and coming when called! If you have an outgoing household – you just may be Spot’s forever home!

If you are considering adopting Spot, and especially if you do not have another animal at home, please consider adopting another kitten or cat as well. As with all young kittens, he would be much too lonely without a companion when you are not home. This way he will have another kitty to play and cuddle up with when you are not with them, and, as an added bonus, they will double your pleasure and fun as well!
