To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Dove! Dove was in poor condition when she was found as a stray near a creek bed. She was very malnourished with an old hip fracture on her left side and was also pregnant. A kind person took her in and provided the care she needed to nurse her back to good health. In fact, her rescuer has worked with Dove for almost two years and provided the therapy she needed so that she is now ready to be adopted into a loving family. Despite Dove’s rough start in life, she can play, jump and run just like a normal dog. She has had basic obedience training and she is perfect on a leash – she sits on command or when you stop walking. Dove gets along very well with other dogs and is great with both adults and children. She has not been tested with cats, but there are signs that she will be fine with them if given a proper introduction. Dove is very playful and grateful to enjoy the good life! She has a lot of love to give and would like nothing more than to find her forever home! Won’t you give her the love she deserves?
